The state Governor, Mr Peter Obi, gave the warning in Awada Obosi at the kick-off of roads construction in the area on Monday.
Obi said that government would soon send a bill to the state House of Assembly to provide a legal frame work for the demolition of such buildings.
He also warned that owners of such buildings and structures used as “magic or miracle centres” as well as the students would be arrested and prosecuted.
The governor restated the determination of his administration to increase the standard of education in institutions of learning in the state.
