Komolafe gave the order following Wilson's continued absence from the inquest into the crash, which occurred in Iju-Ishaga area of Lagos State.
Reports say that 153 passengers and some residents of the area, where the crash occurred, died.
The coroner expressed dissatisfaction with Wilson’s refusal of Wilson to appear before the inquest for cross examination.
Komolafe warned that the court might be forced to issue a bench warrant if Wilson failed to appear on the next adjourned date.
"I have restrained myself to the point of trying not to issue a bench warrant because nobody is greater than the law.
"But if we have to drag him to this place, we will do that," he said.
The coroner also directed that summonses should be issued on some government agencies which had yet to submit their final reports to the court.
He said that the agencies included the Lagos State Fire Service, Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) and the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
However, counsel to Dana Airlines, Mrs Funmilayo Ogunisi, told the court that Wilson's absence was not a deliberate attempt to stall the inquest.
She explained that the witness travelled abroad but would try to be available at the next sitting.
Counsel to the Lagos State Government, Mr Akinjide Bakare, also apologised for the absence of Prof. John Obafunwa, the Chief Medical Examiner of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja.
Obafunwa, who is also the Vice Chancellor of the Lagos State University, was scheduled for cross-examination by the parties in the inquest.
Bakare said that the pathologist was engaged in some serious activities concerning the institution and would not be able to appear in court on time.
According to reports that the coroner adjourned the inquest to Feb. 18.
