The countries are Taiwan, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia China, and Germany.
Reports say that some of the foreign exhibitors are still busy constructing their stands at the cricket pitch of the Tafawa Balewa Square complex, venue of the trade fair.
An official of the People’s Republic of China, who preferred anonymity, said that the pavilion would soon be ready for business.
Mr Eric Chen, an official at the pavilion of the Taiwanese Government, said that 14 companies from the country were at the fair.
“Most of the products on display are industrial machines for packaging, water purifier and bakery products, and solar energy-powered stabilisers and inverters,” he said.
An official of the Indonesia Trade Promotion Centre said that they were at the fair to promote Indonesian goods.
“You can see that some of our stands are yet to be occupied because of the delay in the clearing the goods at the port,” he said.
Reports say that 23 companies from Ghana are exhibiting various products like fruits, herbal soap, bath gel and decoration items, among others.
There are 11 companies from Egypt and 15 from India.
The fair, which started on Nov. 2, will end on Nov.
