This was contained in a statement by EFCC spokesperson, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, on Sunday in Lagos, the News Agency of Nigeria reports.
It stated that Dogara would be arraigned before a Federal High Court, Kaduna.
The statement said that the suspect would be arraigned alongside two others.
They are Kabiru Malali and Ahmed Yahaya, former chairman and treasurer of Lere Local Government of the state respectively.
The statement said the suspects would be arraigned on a six-count charge, including contract over invoicing and criminal diversion of funds.
“Dogara is a former chairman of Lere Local Government andhad also served as commissioner in the state,” the statement stated.
